I love the feathery brush strokes on the pines. This piece was painted by listed Arizona/New Mexico artist, Dorothy B. Hay (1901-1974). We can likely date this painting to the 1960's as the artist married to a Mr. Hay around 1960 and took his name at that time, living in Tucson. Painting is undated, but signed "Hay" at lower left. The artist's address tag is affixed on verso. An absolutely lovely piece that will look great framed up. ] Condition: The painting is in excellent condition. Very minor edge wear.
