The way it works is that someone from our design team will reach out to you following your purchase. You will be sent a computer-image of your design before the hand-stitching process begins and have multiple opportunities to give feedback until we design the perfect custom hand-stitched dog collar for you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery once deals you approve your design.
