INCREDIBLY RARE FIND!!
Vintage Wool Plaid Bermuda Cedar Clutch-Purse with 2 Yards of MATCHING Fabric!

This purse was originally purchased by my aunt with its generous 2 yards of matching 54" fabric to sew a matching outfit. However, the purse was never used--nor the clothing made. SO, this vintage purse and fabric are still stunningly LIKE NEW 70-ish years later!

1950s-60s Bermuda Cedar, Wool Plaid Handbag/Clutch/Purse
Red satin interior; Includes original red satin pouch (located in pocket)
Plaid Tartan Style: Red, Green, Navy Blue

Condition:
Purse: Like New
Fabric: Like New, with one exception. I looked carefully and located one small hole in this vintage wool fabric. I've noted this location with a pink post-it. It is a tiny hole, located approx 11" from the cut end of the fabric, and 18" from the selvage (see photo)

Measurements:
Purse:
6.25" from top of wool (bottom of handle) to base where rolled hem is located
9 1/2" from end-to-end
Base is 2" wide
Sides are 2" wide
When purse is open, "mouth" measures 5.5"x3.75"

Fabric:
Approx 73" long, 54" wide

This generous amount of fabric could easily be used to make a skirt, jacket, scarf, etc deals. to match the purse. (I am positive that's why my Aunt purchased it originally!)
