Vintage Spode Fine Stone England Summer Palace deals Cups and Saucers Set of 8 W150

This 16 piece set of Spode Fine Stone Summer Palace consists of 8 cups and 8 saucers. The Summer Palace pattern was produced from 1972 - 1993 and features an elegant floral motif on a gray/blue ground. The exterior of the cups have groupings of colorful flowers with another floral grouping inside . The rims of the cups and saucers are accented in green. The saucers themselves bear flowers and have a geometric band which encircles the well at the center.

The cups and saucers are deals in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and show little-to-no sign of use. The cups stand 2.5" tall and are 3.5" in diameter at the rim and 2" in diameter at the foot. The saucers are 5.75" in diameter at the rim and stand .75" tall as measured from the surface on which they are displayed. The underside of the cups and saucers bear a black backstamp reading "SPODE ENGLAND FINE STONE", along with "W150" and pattern name "SUMMER PALACE." Each set weighs in at approximately 11.5 oz.

This charming set of Spode cups and saucers display beautifully and would make a great addition to a collection of Summer Palace Fine Stone, or could be mixed and matched with other pieces. A lovely vintage find!
