Our handmade abc's of Christmas pocket advent calendar countdown will be treasured for many a Christmas to come! Illustrated and hand crafted by us, you will only find this unique calendar here. Count down the days to the big day by moving Santa from pocket to pocket, all the while learning the alphabet! The little soft stuffed Santa fits perfectly in the 3" square pockets, deals but you can also add notes, tiny toys or a candy cane along the way. Each pocket features the number of the day as well as the corresponding letter of the alphabet, paired with a charming matching illustration. Watch Santa get closer to the 25th and learn that D is for a drumming dog and P is for painting peppermints! Calendar has "Merry Christmas" printed on top border. Countdown the days AND the letters of the alphabet all the way to the day after Christmas when Santa gets tucked back into his bed on the 26th! ZZZZZZZ.........

Calendar and pockets are printed on crisp linen cotton and backed in fine cotton festive navy snowflake print with five 1' mint green cotton twill loops for hanging. All 26 pockets are lined in a snowflake print as well. Calendar "body" has cotton quilting batting sewn inside. Calendar itself measures 34" long x 21" wide. Hanging dimensions: 37" x 21, " (dimension includes the 5 mint green cotton twill loops for hanging plus 1/2" natural twill tape that is already inserted into the dowel). Calendar comes ready to hang with a 1" diameter hardwood ash dowel.

Artwork matches the book, "ABC's of Christmas" by the "J" of S&J Novelty (Jill Howarth) published by Running Press Kids.
