Very Good overall condition for its age. 89 years old.

Hard Cloth Cover is a taupe/ grey color with very nice embossing and lavender/bluish inked titling. Slight cloth soiling from shelf or storage.

Pages are soft and a natural color
The pages and binding are in excellent vintage condition with extremely slight page edge color aging.

The inside covers have color transfer. There a split seam that deals does not impact the binding or pages on the front cover seam. Seam near the split has slight endpaper bump/ lift

You will see some dark shading inside front and back cover. This is not foxing (mildew) or a water mark or stain. I believe it is color transfer from something that was stored in the book, perhaps sheet music etc. .The front board has a split at the seam, but the binding is solid. No loose pages. It is in very usable and enjoyable shape. Very nice for display. Great coffee table book.
