Our Winter ONEderland tutu is mixed with pretty shades of turquoise, aqua, and white tulle. It is completed with a turquoise satin ribbon that can be worn in the front, side, or back of the tutu.

Shirt is embroidered with the #1 with snowflakes dancing around. Child's name can be embroidered for personalization.

Comes with matching double shabby headband with a crystal jewel inside.
