This is the Black Panther from Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame in the Best of 2019 wave with Armored Thanos. It was not sold in the United States, but I think it is the same figure as the Black Panther wave with the M'Baku BAF. I can't tell for sure. It might be the Black Panther from the Okoye Wave. This has been opened, but it has not been removed from the tray. It was only opened for the BAF piece, which was assembled and currently deals for sale.
