How Long Does it Take To Make the Item?
Every item is made to order so please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Keep in mind that we get SUPER busy during the holidays (Father's Day + Christmas) so allow a few extra days during these times.

Cancellations & Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Unfortunately once the item has been customized we can no longer cancel the order.
If there is a problem with the item (damage, defect, incorrect engraving, etc.) please email us immediately with photos of the issue so we can fix it as soon as possible. For damaged items, we must receive notice of the damage within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalized items unless there was an error on our side.
