Im subletting my room for the period of 26th December to 14th January for female/ flinta only.
The apartment is shared with two other mid 20 girls. One of them is sharing her room with her boyfriend. Fully equipped kitchen, dish deals washer and washing machine.
My room is about 25 qm and has access to the Balkony over the window. It will stay fully furnished and also most of my personal belongings will stay. I will put a free rack with hangers for cloth and two empty drawers.
Important : we have two cats and normally a dog wich I will take with me. It's not suitable for allergy sufferers. Also this is an indoor smoking household …
