This teapot was made around 1920-30 by WADE potters in England. The pattern is called “blue chintz paisley” and it has a vibrantly colourful paisley pattern with gold trim. It measures 5.5” tall by 7.5” wide from handle to spout and has a 3.5 cup capacity. There are no chips, cracks or repairs but there is some light crazing on the inside rim where the lid rests. Please note there are no cracks- any lines visible on the inside rim of the pot have been thoroughly checked and are only due to crazing. The rest of the teapot is mostly without any crazing at all which is incredible for fine china of this age. There is a slight bit of wear to the gold trim on the top edge. Please look very carefully at all the pictures for details.
