Vintage 14k gold stamped tested and guaranteed key charm. This is an old ornate key charm with pearls and a tiny ruby. The main pearl must deals have fallen out years ago and some glued it ack in, getting glue on ruby and gold. I won't mess with it as it's not noticeable without a loop or magnifying glass.
