Vintage Great Sailing Ships Commemorative Box Collection issued by the National Maritime Historical Society made by the Franklin Mint in 1982-83. Each small teakwood round boxes topped with pristine solid brass lids, each sculptured with a different sailing ship, 25 total in the original teakwood box. Original price for brass topped boxes when purchased was $17.50 each. Each individual box is in excellent condition. The lid of the box has a deals few minor scratches. Box measures 11 inches x 14 inches x 2 inches deep. Special tray inside holds each teakwood box. Sailing ships include: Constitution, Santa Maria, Marco Polo, Bonhomme Richard, Endeavour, Fram, James Monroe, Preussen.
