Vintage Corning Brown 'N Sear Footed deals Microwave Browning Dish with Lid BLUE heartbeat EKG pulse radio wave zigzag pattern. Corning's Brown 'N Serve line of products contains a special coating on the underside that absorbs microwave energy when pre-heated that browns food during cooking for added color and flavor. This microwave browning dish is for microwave oven use only and should never be used in the oven, under the broiler, or on the stove top as it could damage the special coating.
