Product code: Vintage Napco deals cookie jar “Cookies all over”
Vintage 1950's cookie jar. The number on the bottom is the Napco stock number. The foil Napco label on the underside is gone but this is still the Napco jar. The LA Pottery jar of deals this style was always impressed with “LA Pottery” on the bottom while NAPCO had a foil lable to identify the jar, plus, Napco jars of this kind had cookies on the lid while the LA Pottery jars didn't. Napco made 3 different sizes of this jar, they could be used as a canister set… small, medium and large. The cookies all over the lid is the Napco style. There is crazing typical for the age of this jar. There is a small chip and a crack under the lid. The crack doesn't go up to the topside. I can't feel it under the lip of the jar. See the pictures. I don't think it is serious. And I won't accept a return as I have explained that it isn't perfect. That is the only thing that I found on this cookie jar. This collectible vintage jar is in pretty good shape for the age.
