For authorized Philips repair technicians so you'll need access to Philips firmware and Compair software (can be found online through 3rd party sources). No software is included. Just the Philips ComPair II repair tool unit, the installation guide, and the user manual. Units offers the following: 1. How to repair the chassis 2. Give detailed diagnostics, indicating problem areas. You do not have to know anything about IC or UART commands, ComPair takes care of this. 3.
