Rado Swiss Watch Company Deluxe 1970s LTD Edition Gold Plated, Granulated Gold Dial without any time markers, Manual Wind Thin Movement, Thin Case Midcentury Modern design. Serial number: 396 3025 2. Advanced Scratch Proof Crystal (Mirror Edge to Edge) with gold Art Deco radiating starburst lines underneath the hardened crystal painted on the black ceramic under-casing (great contrast). Stainless deals white steel screw-down caseback. Dimensions: 35 mm tall, 30 mm wide (plus 2 mm for Rado Anchor Logo Gold Plated Crown). Edge to edge clear scratch-proof hard crystal was an experimental rendition, later used in 1990's Jubile and Florence models. Movement is a Rado in house made manual wind with only 6 hours reserve per winding. This manual wind movement could use a lubrication servicing to bring up the power reserve. Will lower price for that. In the 1960's Rado became known for high tech materials and design. (Included here are 4 Genuine Louisiana Alligator bands, each made in Italy.).
