I am the 2nd owner. Used it with a screen protector and case for a few years before upgrading to a newer model last year. It's been sitting in storage (at 50% deals battery) since then. The first owner said it was originally locked to Boost then had it unlocked. The settings say “SIM Locked” but I'm able to use it with T-Mobile. Good cosmetic condition except for a few dents on the side and discoloring on the back from a case (see pictures). No scratches or cracks on the screen. I had the battery replaced before storing it so it holds the maximum charge.
