Overall condition of artwork, matting and frame are fair to good. Item looks, feels and smells clean.

Frame condition is fair. Evident large gash on to frame approx. 7 ¼ “ to the left from upper left hand corner of frame. Evident gash on to glass 11 ½ “ to the right from bottom left hand corner. Does have subtle scratches onto the frame throughout entire frame body. Backside has scratches and gashes on to paper, no major tearing. Bottom left corner/paper torn. All buffers missing except bottom right corner. Fastening devices firmly and securely in place.

Art Work Condition is well preserved with limited aging of paper, no notable particulars.
