PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION this is for a gently preowned rare deals plush of Puppycat from Bee and Puppycat. Was on display on a shelf for a little bit before being put into storage. Has signs of age due to being pretty old at this point. Tag has some yellowing, bell has some tarnishing, etc. Talks when you squeeze his ear however all he says is ‘meep!'. I never really made him talk so I'm guessing his voice box is just dying due to age. Still super cute though!.
