The Taylor design has 1,968 Heated square feet on the ground floor(only floor).
The Plan Set includes the following:
All plans Drawn to 1/4" = 1'-0" Scale
Exterior deals Elevations: Shows all 4 elevations with roof line.
Floor Plan: Shows room dimensions, wall partitions, windows, doors, appliances, etc.
Electrical Plan: Lighting and Power Plan showing all lights, switches, electrical outlets, and etc.
Concrete Foundation Plan: Shows all necessary notations and dimensions including support footers.
Details: A vertical cutaway view of the house from roof to foundation showing details of framing, construction, flooring and roofing.
Please do not distribute the PDF file. Single purchase of house plan grants buyer a one time right to build this design. Additional rights must be purchased separatly. Designs are protected by copyright law.
It is your responsibility to check with your state and local building codes for construction of this home.
Drawing may require standard engineering based on soil or location conditions. It is the owners/contractors responsibility to obtain all documentation prior to construction.
