CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
. Avoid harsh chemicals such as hair spray, perfume and lotions or oils as they can speed up the tarnish of your jewelry.
. Never use abrasive methods of cleaning it will scratch your item.
. Store in a jewelry box, baggie or pouch to avoid rubbing against another piece deals of jewelry and getting scratched.
. You can try to remove built-up tarnish and dirt from your silver, by making a thick paste with 1/4 cup baking soda and 2 tablespoons water. Apply with a damp sponge and gently rub, rinse, and buff dry. To polish gold jewelry, cover with a light coating of baking soda, pour a bit of vinegar over it, and rinse well.
. Bronze will oxidize when exposed to air, developing a patina coating. A brown, black red or blue to green coating on bronze it is a sign of normal, harmless corrosion. This outer layer protects the inner layers of the bronze object from deteriorating. This coating is sometimes considered attractive or desirable, as well.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING:
All our items are wrapped in a jewellers anti tarnish tissue paper. It is then sent to you in a beautiful organza bag with a Thank you card. All of our products are shipped in bubble envelopes for their protection. We do our best to lessen the processing time and work hard to get your item shipped as quickly as possible. If there is a delay we will contact you as soon as we can. Once it has been posted to ship you will be notified right away. We do ship with tracking so that you know exactly when you expect your work of art.
