Our models are suitable for all TTRPGs, and we offer a range of sizes to compliment any pre-existing collections you may have.

What to Expect From our Models:

Printed using a navy grey blend of two high-quality resins, specifically chosen to improve the definition and flexibility. All models are washed twice; once with alcohol and once with water. This ensures the surface is clean and ready for priming/painting.

3D printing requires the use of supports to properly print models. Similar to spues, these can leave marks on the surface of a model. We use best practices when removing these supports to reduce damage to the model. However, some small nubs or pits may remain that require light sanding to remove.

Larger models will often be printed hollow for a number of reasons: to reduce the prevalence of print lines, improve the longevity of our printers, and reduce the risk of printing failures. A hollowed model will still have thick walls and an internal lattice to retain structural integrity.

Some of the digital files supplied to us contain a kit for assembly. In most cases, we will ship these as separate parts to better ensure safety during transit. Please note that plastic glue/cement will not work with resin models; for assembly we recommend a general adhesive, such as superglue.

Scaling:

We use a number of different scaling conventions deals for our models at the moment. This is primarily due to our use of files from a number of digital artists that use different scaling methods themselves. However, we are working to implement a more generalised system across all of our listings. We have begun to provide scaling images on a large number of our listings. These show the model at a particular scale, with a standard 22mm D20 and ruler for reference. Our different scaling systems are explained below:

Base size / Base scale / Scale – This refers to the diameter of the base that the model sits on. If this is the only scale option on a listing then the model you receive will have the same relative size to that base as is shown in the renders provided.

Relative ‘Absolute' Scale (RAS) – This refers to a system in which a 6ft character will be a certain height to the eyes, and all other models with be proportional to the 6ft character. For example, in 32mm RAS a 6ft character will be 32mm tall from the bottom of the foot to the eyes, but dwarves will be shorter than this and trolls will be taller than this, but will all be the correct proportions for that scale.

Height – This simply refers to the full height of the model from the bottom to the highest point, and does not refer to the height to the top of the head.

Shipping and Processing Time:

As a rule, our processing time varies from 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the order, and the availability of printer space. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, and thank you for your patience. If you need a model quickly for a specific event, please get in touch – we can't guarantee our ability to rush an order, but we'll always do our best.

Domestically (within the UK), our orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class as standard. Internationally, orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard – this does not include tracking information.

We provide a number of shipping upgrade options, just check the dropdown menu at checkout if you wish to e.g. speed up your delivery or add tracking. We recommend that International customers placing large orders choose a tracked upgrade for increased insurance and peace of mind.

Custom Work:

We do provide services for custom work. This may involve printing a model at a size that we do not normally provide, or basic 3D modelling work to change a model in some way e.g. adding wings. We do charge an additional fee for this service that varies based on the model and work being done, but we do try to keep this cost competitive and fair. Please contact us directly for any custom work you'd like done.
