Antique Hatched Easter Egg on a base of leaves and straw is "quadruple plate" silver plate created in the Aesthetic period around 1880. Fill with fine Easter "grass" to display tiny eggs, as a pansy vase, or on a buffet as a toothpick holder, in a baby's room to hold baby teeth, perhaps even as an egg cup, deals although it would be small for some eggs, I think. Oh, but with a beautiful chocolate egg, perfection!

CONDITION: Good antique condition. Even, overall silver plate loss. The finish is more like pewter. Interior is more white than silver from cleaning and use.
