As we make our pieces one by one and we have a physical shop where the piece can be sold at any time, there is a chance that we are out of stock of your ordered item. Britannia Silver 958 pieces generally take 1-2 weeks to make, while other pieces such as 23K Gold Vermeil, 18K Gold and Platinum pieces can take 2-4 weeks if out of stock.
