** This is a DIY Kit and will require assembly! Please see the 2nd image to see what the kits look like. Plan for about 30 minutes of assembly. **

This tail will weigh about 5oz when completed, so it will only be lifted by a latex balloon that is 30" round that's filled with helium. Helium tanks diluted with air may affect lift ability. If used correctly, these tassels will never cause an issue with jumbo balloons floating.

Tassels ship flat in order to avoid creasing and crimping.

More Details:

We've done the difficult part for you - all that's left is to twist and tie the tassels onto their hanging twine, and you're done! The tassels can slide along the twine, so you can space them as far apart (or close) as you like to create the perfect length.

This garland kit is handmade in our Portland studio with premium quality tissue paper and metallic mylar, just for you.

Each finished tassel measures approx. 3.5" wide x 13" long
Suggested tail height: 4 feet (but can me made up to 10+ feet if you leave space between the tassels)
