1960-70s Blue deals Velvet Everyday Dress Small/Medium

Really simple, clean, blue velvet dress, no noticeable stain, holes, or flaws, good vintage condition, by the construction it looks like its 1960-70s deals. I am 5'5”, 125 and like a C/D cup, about a 34” (actual 37” around bust) my waist is about 28” and my hips are about 35”. It's velvet and it's probably polyester? I'm honestly not sure the tag has been cut off
