Gail Bryant is a well known and loved watercolor artist in New Orleans.
Painting is framed in a metal kit frame and is double matted. Ready to hang and enjoy. I have a companion piece listed as well shown in last photo, this listing is for only the image in the title

Frame size 11 3/8” X 14 1/2” does have some minor scratches

I also cleaned glass on both sides and was able to show how watercolor is. mounted to the mats deals.
