Overshot Glass Tea Caddy with Metal deals Handle

Overshot Tea Caddy Circa 1895. The glass on the outside surface has a rough feel to it. Crushed glass particles were applied after the item was made. This tea caddy has a metal handle and rim. The metal is not marked. The lid has a clear faceted knob. With the lid on it is 7" tall. The top opening is 3 1/4" wide. Could be American or European. Very nice condition. deals
