Vintage black storage box with clips inside to let you store and display photos (or other items).
The black with the faded gold accents give it a darker, Victorian type look. Overall, it is in good condition and still very solid. The black covering is textured and the inside is a green paper-type material.
As you see in the pictures, there is some wear - some of the covering has lifted off the wood underneath and there are some scuffs and scratches. The latch on the front of the box is missing, but the lid and front panel still stay closed without it. On the right side deals, one of the decorative gold pieces is missing (you can see it on the left. Despite these flaws, I think it still presents very well and still works as designed.
In the bottom right, it says "Photo's" - I had a running joke with someone I used to work with about misplaced apostrophes - interesting to see that they were struggling with that years ago too!
