I use USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground.

Returns are accepted as long as you notify me with in 5 days after receipt of your hat and it is not as described. The hat must be returned with in 2 weeks after receiving it. I will send you a Return Authorization and the shipping address where to return the hat to. DO NOT return to the address on the box you received it in or you may have additional charges that are not refundable.
