A very vibrant 1940's vintage aurora crystal brooch with multiple layers of varying sized aurora crystals.
These crystals in particular boast deeper tones deals of reds, purples, blues and light greens, depending on certain lights. The beautiful design of the crystals give so much shimmer and sparkle.
The crystals are set into a light gold toned costume metal and are in good vintage condition. Some crystals have some faint scuffs due to age but these are quite minor.
All of the crystals are prong set and secure, though some do have some looseness within their setting, but are not in danger of coming out when being worn with care. The costume metal has some very faint discoloration in a few spots as well, but none of which compromise the integrity or structure of the piece.
