A wonderful, whimsical Teapot is our next item today at OTFS.

L. Batlin & Son Inc., Jack in the Beanstalk Teapot, absolutely charming. Clearly marked on bottom with backstamp in Black. Measuring: 7 1/2" tall x 7" across from spout to handle.

Condition of this item is pretty darn terrific, lots of crazing and a couple of crazing lines, they are not crack. I filled with water and it's as tight as can be. Have taken a couple of closer pic's of the crazing lines so you can see, pic #7 - 10.

A fantastic shade of light Green on body of pot, Jack's outfit is Dark Green. He hangs on a dark Brown vine spanning from spout to handle. There are some leaves attached to said vine. The top and handle are both Brown in color. There is a spot n the top handle that looks like a chip, it's a finish issue, didn't get covered with the Brown color.

As stated above there is lots of crazing but it gives "texture", there is not a darn deals thing wrong with this item. No chip, nicks or cracks.

Who doesn't love "Jack in the Beanstalk" ?
