Important Shipping information.

Within the UK we use Royal Mail First Class postage. This is not a tracked service and is not insured. However, we can send your items by First Class recorded delivery which costs a little more, and your item is insured for £40. First class mail should be delvered within 1-3 days. However in some cases delivery can be up to 7 working days.

We can send by Special deals Delivery which costs a little more, but purchases are delivered the next day and can be insured up to £500.

For international orders we ship by ordinary airmail which is not a tracked service. The delivery timescale is usually 5 - 15 working days, but sometimes it can be longer - up to 23 working days. Shipments are not sent insured. If you prefer to insure your package or use a tracked service, that's no problem but it will incur extra fees. Please ask for a quote. We can also use a courier -DHL, UPS, Fedex - delivery is much faster (3-5 days) but it's much more expensive - contact us for details.

Although we are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit, we will offer any and all help needed to resolve this issue. We obtain a proof of postage for every package so that you can be confident that your package is on its way.

Each country has its own customs charges - the buyer alone is responsible for these charges that are imposed by their own government.
