Shell art Moonshell is a professionally framed acrylic painting on canvasboard. The painting unframed is 5" x 7" and the frame is 1 3/8" thick, beachy looking weathered wood and a slightly pearl- pale- beigey grey color, more beige than grey. It compliments the painting well.
The colors used on the shell are peach, golds, deep peach, blue grey, deep sienna on a pearl glazed base coat. I used many different colors of glaze to get this shells lovely luster and depth of color.
It has an acid free paper backing and is wired to hang or you could put it on an easel.
This painting would be a great gift for that person who has a beach home or anywhere you want a touch of the beach.
