Adult Lap Quilt with poly fill batting, big squares, completely attached fidgets, sensory fabrics and plush quilt feel.

20 inch approx. square - is a great "lap" size quilt.

This FIDGET / Sensory / Occupational Therapy lap quilt is perfect for the "busy hands" of patients struggling with Stroke Recovery, Dementia, or Alzheimer's. Also works for adult ADHD patients, and other neurological differences that needs something to rub - feel - or play with.

All of my quilts have fidgets, pockets, dangles, or items that are securely fastened. Quilting is done on a machine & embroidery is done in a double stitches to handle the wear and tear and washing.

FEATURES:
This quilt backing is solid gray thick fabric, & is also the binding on the front side .


9 large squares

Sensory buttons and faux fabric fur are on a baby soft flannel teddy bear fabric.

Crocheted Circle FLOWER in peach embellishment on a pearl-ish bead line which can slide into a soft fabric pocket.

Has a "NAME" label on back for caregiver to write patient name on while also serving as a sensory item.

Large velvety ribbon in center. Near bird embellishment.

Sensory ribbon and buckle slide with suede feeling peach ribbon, and a place a hand can slide behind the pieces (bottom right corner of quilt).

THE QUILTING:
Quilted in a standard "stitch in the ditch" design to mark the squares.

Batting inside is a poly fill light but warm blend.

Quilt is washable (not recommended for dryer or very low heat because of embellishments) should be placed in pillow case or laundry bag to protect from getting deals snagged.
