Kitsune (a Japanese fox spirit, in case you were wondering) is a Big Muff style fuzz based on the vintage Guild Foxey Lady (3 knob version). The pedal is similar to a Triangle Muff but has some different value components (mostly capacitor values). This is a high gain circuit using four MPSA18 transistors and silicon clipping diodes. It incorporates a mids switch to choose between the stock scooped mids, flat mids, or boosted mids. deals These options really expand on the versatility of the pedal. Besides the mids switch the controls are Vol which controls the overall output level of the effect, Sustain which controls the amount of gain going through the pedals stages, and Tone which is the famous Big Muff tone control.
