Our products are imprinted using a process called Sublimation. This process offers a permanent, high resolution, full color imprint which is infused into the substrate. Because the dyes are infused into the substrate (the end product) at the molecular level, rather than applied at a topical level (such as with screen printing and direct to garment printing), the print will not crack, fade or peel from the substrate under normal conditions*.

Colors are approximations and slight variations in color can occur as colors may appear differently on your display. Linen placemats are sewn by hand and slight measurement differences are common.

Your gift box will arrive shrink-wrapped in order to aid in safe shipping. We do our best to have your order arrive damage free. As items are custom made, we do not offer refunds. However, if any of your items are damaged in transit, we will replace them for you. We only ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods upon arrival.

We do our best to work with you to create products you deals love. Please be mindful of checking your email/messages so we can work with you in a timely manner should any questions arise. As Etsy penalizes a seller for not shipping within the timeframes we have set for our shop, we will always strive to ship within the stated timeline. Therefore, if we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will send a final courtesy message. After an additional 24 hours, we will design your product with the information we have been given.
