Sealed, unused, like new - vintage 1966 Mattel inc Patootie frame tray puzzle Patootie is the registered trademark of Mattel Inc for its doll, used under license from Mattel Printed in the USA by Western printing and lithographing in Racine Wisconsin Whitman registered US pat. Item number 4544 Develops coordination and motor control Condition - sealed wl minor scuffs & scratches on the plastic. Very slight curvature of the board / frame. The individual puzzle pieces appear to have no edge damage as they were never removed. The exterior edges of the board may have small amount of wear just from this being stored for well over 50 years. May have small amount of discoloration simply from age, or it might be the plastic wrap. relatively rare puzzle, especially since it's sealed. The image is of patootie holding a sad face mask and balloons. Behind him are the trapeze deals and acrobats and elephants and n the circus ring.
