Commercial License Add-On - License to use FOUR clipart sets in items for deals sale

This Commercial License allows you to use FOUR INDIVIDUAL CLIPART SETS from EideDesignShop to create products for commercial use (up to 1000 product sales per clipart set) with no credit required.

***** HOW TO PURCHASE *****

1. Add the illustration/clipart set you want to use commercially to your cart.
2. Add this commercial license to your cart (License applies to one set. If you are selling multiple sets, purchase multiple licenses.)

***No item will be shipped or emailed to you for the License***
Your receipt is your proof of license purchase.

**** COMMERCIAL LICENSE ******

By purchasing this Commercial License, you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

EideDesignShop reserves the right to modify the agreement at deals any time without notice.

By purchasing this License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Design. All copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by EideDesignShop.

You may not claim the Design as your own. You may not resell the design as-is, or offer it for download to any outside source, whether for free or for payment.

All Designs are sold as assets in creating art, and not as final products.

You may not redistribute the original item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original item.

***** TERMS AND CONDITIONS ****

- Each Commercial license applies to a single Design. If you have multiple Designs that require commercial use, you must purchase a separate Commercial License for each Design.

- You may create items for sale, up to 1000 sales.

- You may sell items without providing credit to EideDesignShop.

- You may sell digital items, (redistribution as clipart is strictly prohibited) as long as the Design is not offered for download as-is, and the final product is “flattened”, meaning the customer cannot isolate and extract the designs.
