Decanter is heavily gilded with gold starfish or flower splashes .
Stopper is heavily gilded with gold and sits securely into the decanter.Bottom portion of stopper has an opaque look that matches the opening where it rests inside the decanter.
The opening is rimmed with a thin gold trim and just below the rim is a wide band of gold measuring about 5/8 inch. There is an additonal gold band near the base that is about 1/4 inch wide. Gilding is in great shape with only very minimal wear. Decanter stands 10 inches high and is 3 inches at base.
Six shot glasses are included and stand just over 2 inches high. Glasses are embossed on both sides with the starfish or flower pattern. All six have only minor wear to gold gilding.
Photo 5 shows a very small fleabite on one shot glass.
