Butterick 5276 very rare Mary Quant vintage 1960s pattern, size 10, deals wrap dress mini or street length

Butterick 5276 pattern by Mary Quant in size 10. Pure 60s style. Extremely hard to find pattern.
Young Designer: Mary Quant of London - Misses' One-Piece Dress: Semi-fitted A-line wrapped dress in mini or street length has attached belt below waistline and buckled at back deals. Low-V-neckline and cut-away armholes. Back extends to form front buttoned straps. Curved slit at center back hemline, Top-stitch trim.
Cut and complete with full instructions, in good condition. A few pinholes. One tear near a strap piece which I will repair with interfacing on request or leave as is for the collector.
Note: Envelope has a couple of age spots, edge wear, writing, overall in great condition for its age.
