Stunning Aynsley footed vibrant cobalt blue teacup and saucer set that will make you feel like royalty as you sip your tea by the garden. This cup is beautifully painted with apple blossom flowers with a glossy interior and trimmed in gold dainty leaf designs on the borders. The teacup is marked 27-2468 and, the saucer 27-2488. This teacup is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. There is a light line on the glaze at the bottom of the saucer that, I'm assuming may be due to the firing process. No wear on the gold gilding and makes a lovely ping sound. I am using general terms and standards in referring to the condition of each item as I obtain my information through research and collectors' opinions.
