Loose and flowy Super soft and smooth polyester & spandex blend - so it stretches too Great fabric weight for all seasons Drapes beautifully The fabric is not sheer The upper portion, to just below the bust, is lined Hard to measure this one but here it goes: 26.5" from seam on poncho side to underarm seam of the regular sleeve Width from poncho seam across to side seam is 28.5" Width across the bottom including the poncho sleeve is 38.5" Front length 39" Back length 39.5" Second to last pix shows there is a, 1/4" at the most, area on the upper right shoulder that may have marks from hanging, or a slight spot. Because the fabric is full and gathers this spot did not even show until I flattened it out to measure the length.
