Comes with only the box, cart, and tray. No manual. In fair shape at best overall; the box's front is crushed/concaved/warped and I did my best to show it off. Could use an ironing to fix it deals but I leave that up to you to do. The cart is in decent shape but has a sticker slapped on the back and would require extreme care to remove if you wanted it off. The tray is in good shape. Boots up without issues as shown and plays without any problems (system not included; shown for testing purposes only). Please note this is the Japanese version of Mega Man X3 and as such will only work on a Super Famicom or if your SNES can handle Japanese games, etc etc. Any questions feel free to ask!.
