The Remarkable Rocket is the third little junk journal in a series of Oscar Wilde stories that have been called Christian Fairy Tales. Although the small ring-bound journal is only 6" x 5" x 2" (approximately) it contains 30 pages of writing space and 27 journaling cards. The journal was not made from a downloaded digital kit. Its contents are from various sources, some vintage. The entire beautifully-illustrated text of Oscar Wilde is included in the journal, along with supplemental illustrations and 14 pockets and tucks. The cover is decorated with metal corner protectors, a book plate, a floral appliqué, and 5 little charms. An attached pink satin ribbon ties in a bow to keep the journal closed. There are a total of 76 double-sided pages that tell the story of the wedding festivities of a handsome prince and beautiful princess. The moral of the story warns against having an enormously inflated ego like deals that of the rocket. With a generous amount of journaling space and lots of pockets to store your personal photos and memorabilia, this unique little journal would make a great gift for someone special. Its diminutive size makes it convenient to carry in a tote bag or leave on a bedside table for documenting daily reflections.
