LARGE Vintage 60s deals MOD "Fashionaire" by Samsonite Suitcase / Luggage | Black & White Flower Power (Marimekko?) Print | Hippie Boho Home Decor

THIS LISTING IS FOR THE LARGE SUITCASE which measures about: 26” x 20” x 7.5” (excluding top handle). Photos in listing area of actual item. As of this writing, I have for sale, all of the pieces shown in my 2nd photo: Small, Medium, & Large suitcases + the tote.
From 1968, this truly iconic, “Fashionaire” luggage by Samsonite is highly collectible and hard to find. The groovy black and white* “flower power” pattern is often attributed to Marimekko (Finand), but apparently this print is 100% original to Samsonite.
Each is in very good condition but may have issues. Linings may have been re-glued here and there. There may be spots and other imperfections to the linings and the exterior. I've done my best to photograph each surface. I'm not going to try to point out every little nick and flaw. Each has been wiped down but may benefit from a more thorough scrubbing. Yet some of the typical light discoloration (yellowing) is likely permanent. Over all, these pieces show really well! This is high quality stuff, but the suitcases are more practical as display pieces these days, given how far luggage has come. (Can I gat a Hallelujah!?) They're also a great way to store your sewing/crafting supplies or out of season clothing.
To avoid astronomical shipping fees, your suitcase (or tote) will be mailed in a basic deals “vinyl mailing bag.” to protect the surface. Sadly, they do not “nest” so each is being sold separately. But as of right now, here's your chance to own the whole set!

*White is not a true white, but more of an off-white.
