Vintage Topper Dawn Doll DINAH in Starlight Ball Gown Dress Model Agency #812. She is such an adorable doll! Her face is slightly lighter than her body. I added the hair ribbons and changed the rubber bands, deals but didn't touch the braids because they looked factory to me but not sure. There is one part of her hair in the front that has something in it. See photos. She is wearing the Starlight Ballgown. The top loop closure was missing, so a thread loop has replaced it. The closures were gone at the bottom as well and someone sewed a metal snap there to keep it together. See photos. In no way affects the dress when you see it displayed from the front. She has a melt mold around her neck, but her head and all other moving parts move accordingly. The waist is the slightest bit swingy depending on how far you turn it.
