deals I bought this a while ago but in all our moves it never got used.. it looks like a great program but I am plant based now so dont eat the items recipes call for as it looks keto. For anyone who wants a keto based program..check thos out. Was very expensive..over $160..and everything is still wrapped in its cellophane packaging. The only thing missing I can see is the exercise rope that could be replaced at any Walmart.
