Brand new out deals the box. There are a few imperfections that I discovered after taking a closer look when it got home. I have pictures of the paint job, and a small dent on top of train covering in last pic. It is a rare collectors item only available at some outlets. I was on vacation when I found it, the box was too big to carry on so I had to pay for it as a check in. Will be packed in the original Box with extra protection.
